Overview. This website is operated by North Cover. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to North Cover. By visiting our store, browsing the website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy, Shipping and Refund policies. These terms apply to all users of the site.

Using the store. By using this website, you confirm that you are of legal age to shop online in your country or region, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian. You may not use our products or this website for any illegal, fraudulent or unauthorized purpose, or in a way that could harm the website, our business or other users.

Product information. We do our best to show our products clearly and accurately. Colors, size and look may vary slightly with your screen settings or the lighting in our photos. Our photos and videos are made or edited with AI. We may change or remove products, prices or offers at any time, always honoring orders that are already confirmed.

Prices, payment and taxes. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Please check the final price before you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout; by paying, you confirm that your payment details are valid and that you are allowed to use them. International orders may be charged taxes, duties or customs fees by the destination country; unless checkout says otherwise, these are paid by the customer.

Orders. You'll get a confirmation email after you place an order. We may refuse, cancel or limit an order if we detect errors, availability problems, suspected fraud or misuse of promotions. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we refund you to the original payment method.

Shipping. Delivery times are estimates and can change for reasons outside our control, such as customs, carrier delays, high demand or holidays. See our Shipping policy for details.

Returns and refunds. You can ask for a return within 90 calendar days of receiving your order, unless the law in your country gives you more. See our Refund policy for the conditions. If you live in the EU, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Defective items and legal guarantee. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer. If you receive a defective, damaged or wrong item, contact us as soon as possible and we'll find a fair solution. In the EU, consumers have a legal guarantee of at least 2 years for goods that are defective or not as described.

Your information. You agree to give complete and correct information when you order, including your name, shipping address and email. We're not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Promotions. Promotions and discount codes may have specific conditions, time limits or country restrictions, and are not combinable unless stated otherwise.

Intellectual property. All content in this store (texts, images, logos, designs, photos and videos) belongs to North Cover or is used with permission. It may not be copied or used commercially without our prior written permission.

Limitation of liability. We work to keep the store available and secure, but we can't guarantee it will always be free of errors or interruptions. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the store, except where the law does not allow this limitation.
